Training
Vicki is a former New Zealand Diving Coach who coached athletes from beginner through to elite level. She has been accredited as a New Zealand Level Four Coach. Her coaching skills have stood her in good stead in designing, developing and delivering training programs in all aspects of the employment relationship.
Vicki has delivered papers to a number of employment related conferences in New Zealand and has been a guest lecturer at Waikato University Schools of Management and Law.
